- 12 ounces spaghetti shopping list
- Salt shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 sprig fresh parsley shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- juice of half a lemon. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water, meanwhile
- put the oil in a frying pan, mince the garlic and fry till golden brown then discard.
- Keep the oil warm,chop the parsley finely.
- Drain the pasta when al dente, season with the black pepper and cover with the garlic flavoured oil,add parsley, squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Mix well and serve hot.
- Notes
- You can use different kinds of pasta, I like penne pasta.
- This can be doubled very easy. I sometimes add shrimp or scallops to this.
