Apple Clafouti

We have quite a few people in our family that do not have a huge sweet tooth, so I was on the lookout for something, less sweet than your usual pumpkin or pecan pie, for our Thanksgiving spread. Came across this and I just knew it would be perfect! I've made clafouti's many times before and from experience knew that all the fruit would float to the top when the filling was added, so I didn't take too much time trying to arrange them perfectly or anything, knowing they would pretty much mess up anyway on the way to the top :) It was a hit, and everyone who had a piece loved it, including me! Texture was just right (almost flan like) on and the slices came out beautiful, thanks Joce!!!

It's a cobbler with eggs and flour at different ratios.

Great photo, Mommyluvs2cook! I'm with LindaLMT. I was never really sure about clafouti, but thanks to your description, I know it's something we would like. DH doesn't like sweet desserts either, but enjoys flan so this could be a win, win!
