  My review: It doesn't get any easier than this and the ratio of ingredients is perfect! I often don't want to make a huge dessert and found this recipe ideal for when you want something and too something on the healthier side. There was plenty enough making just one for DH and I to share. Loved it and will make again for sure! Thanks Krumkake for sharing it.

  I did add some walnuts only because I love walnuts in something like this. I used a small pie plate and it was just the right size.

  I LOVED this! It was super easy and very good. I was worried the apples would still be a little too crisp for my taste, I really like them soft in these kind of desserts, but I worried for nothing because they were perfect :) Topped with ice cream, SO GOOD!!
