Aunt Mary’s Sugar Cookies

  • eastcoaster 6 years ago
I bought some lavender sugar at the lavender farm this past summer. These cookies with a perfect vessel for it, the dough was easy to come together and form. They baked up very nicely and the baking time was right on. I sprinkle the lavender sugar on when I put them in the oven in the room it was wonderful, not strong but pleasant. I made one change I used Earth balance in place of the margarine. The cookies are delicious.
Made for the December cookie swap
