Okay, so I completely forgot the cheese!! Ugh! I didn't even realize it though until after I ate my second one thinking how good they were lol, so it wasn't even really missed I guess! I did think it needed more salt, which is where the cheese probably came in, so not the recipes fault :) These are so good though, the bacon and apples go together perfectly, and the inside of the muffin is light and fluffy! Loved them!!

Shona, Caiden would not try them, but Bri did and she said they weren't sweet enough lol! I told her they weren't supposed to be sweet, but more of a savory muffin. She still liked them, but didn't understand the concept of a "savory" muffin haha!
