Made this last week. I was craving salad in the middle of all the heavy Holiday food, so I found this recipe, that didn't require grilling chicken out in the cold :) The only thing I didn't have was the jicama, which would have been a great addition, so I'll remember it for next time. I used Stubbs BBQ sauce and and organic ranch from Trader Joe's. For the dressing I mixed up the two first then drizzled it on the salad. Delicious and of course it has tortilla strips which I love :)
