This is one of the BEST Beef and Broccoli recipes I’ve tried. I found this recipe in Joe1155's box after I made another one of his Asian dishes. We really liked it so I knew we would like this. It’s going to be my “go to” recipe from now on. The only thing I did different was use 1lb of meat and doubled the sauce. I got side tracked and over cooked the broccoli so it’s not a pretty green. :(

Thank you, Mrs. J! I didn't see that recipe. Great find! I've never heard of XO Sauce. I will have to look for it. Joe had quite a few recipes that jumped out at me. I was going to save them and decided it was easier just to follow him.

I'm glad this recipe worked out so well for you! My kids both, finally, like broccoli now. We had chicken and broccoli last night for dinner, so I know they will love this recipe too! :)

Cosmicmother--Broccoli is my favorite vegetable. I'm glad your kids are on board. I think you will enjoy this recipe. Next time I make it, I'm going to add mushrooms. It's a great sauce that will work with all kinds of vegetables.
