Blueberry Pinwheels With Cream Cheese Glaze

Mine would not brown up nicely like Keni's did, but I loved the flavor of them! My kids on the other hand, said they were not sweet enough, I think they were expecting dessert type sweetness, when it was a lightly sweet, and pretty tart from the lemon zest and juice in the glaze. To me though the glaze added the needed sweetness to it, but kids will be kids! These end up being so pretty and would be great to serve to overnight guests :) :)

These sound so good Michelle. I wonder if Keni used a large muffin tin to cook hers in? or maybe actually just used a cookie sheet. Yours look taller and I could see that if they were down inside a muffin tin they might not brown up as much as if they were on a sheet pan. I googled another recipe online and they appeared just to use a cookie sheet. I don't bake a lot but I'm going to bookmark this as it sounds really yummy and I like the lemon zest, juice, glaze thing. :)

Blueberries and cream cheese - yum! And your photo, as usual, looks so good! I bet Chuckie's right and the original recipe was baked in jumbo muffin tins or on a cookie sheet.

Y'all are probably right about using a jumbo muffin tin or a baking sheet. Or maybe I just rolled my dough out too big which made my rolls fatter? Who knows..I tried to get it as close to 9x13 as I could. Thanks ladies :)

I think Keni baked these on a cookie sheet and mistakenly said muffin tin instead! You can tell by how brown hers got and I can see where her rolls joined together.
Yours look so delicious, I just want to pop one in my mouth right now! :D
