  We absolutely love bacon this way!! Basically candy bacon :) I used a baking rack on my cookie sheet so I wouldn't have to flip it. I think 20 mins at 400 was pretty spot on. So glad my family was there to eat these with me or I would have eaten the whole pan ;-P
