Chicken Maybe, Asian Slaw

This was exactly what I was looking for to use up my leftover chicken! So flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness, heat and savory. Red bell peppers at the store were ridiculous, $2.99 a piece and tiny, so I grabbed the less flavorful green bell peppers that were .50 a piece. At first I started with only 1 TBS. sesame oil in the dressing, but after tasting, added the rest. It was perfect :) I toasted my sesame seeds (used black) and almonds. I can't wait to have this again tomorrow, when it taste even better!

Thanks Shona! I love sesame oil too, but it can be overpowering for me pretty easily. That's why in every recipe I make with it I usually add 1/2 then add more later if it needs it. This recipe was spot on though :)

Thanks everyone!! Lol, not a mustard fan Bren? :P I couldn't taste it at all, but I do understand, my Sister hates mustard and can taste even a small hint of it in anything!

Glad to hear the canned coconut milk worked out well, I really need to make that mac and cheese for my kiddo :)
