    Recipe by Cooking for fun: Chicken With Ritz Crackers And Bacon/saved
    This is a nice recipe. Easy once the crackers are crumbled.
    I didn't think the bacon renderings would baste the chicken meat with its skin on so I took it off. All was done in spec'ed time. Baked the chicken on a cooling rack in a lipped baking tray.
    Third instruction line should read to beat one egg in water instead of scramble.

    Good call on leaving off the skin. That third line should be changed, to a new cook, they might actually cook up the egg scrambled and try and coat the chicken in it!
