I think the author meant to say to beat the egg and water and place it in a dipping dish.

I am curious on the scramble an egg and place in a dish of water. Then dip the chicken. Is this a real light scramble, still very moist or I guess I am asking how does the scrambled egg adhere to the chicken. Never tried this technique, I can see where it could be awesome and useful, but, before I try it, thought to get more detail on it. Thanks in advance!!!

The hubs would love this one! I try to keep a balance - one 'weird' (read: try new things) meal I would like, alternated with a 'comfort classic' for him. This sounds like it would fit into the latter category. Tasty recipe. Thanks for sharing! :) - Natalie
