Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins by Elle

These turned out great and the kids loved them! The batter was quite stiff and dry while I was mid-folding, so I added a splash of milk to the batter to finish folding it. I think it needs either a little more oil or an extra egg (even more banana would help). But the milk worked out perfect and the muffins were moist but light and fluffy too! A perfect balance of chocolate and banana flavour.
