These are so good! I made them last year and just had to make them again :) They came out just as I suspected, chewy, delicious and really satisfied my chocolate craving! Added another picture.

Thanks Bakerme! Yeah, if you overcook them even slightly they will turn out dry. Cookies have always been tricky for me, because when you think they are still "raw" they really need to be pulled out and will harden up while cooling. I think after years of making them, I've finally got it down lol :)

I over baked every single pan (not just these) and all were hard as rocks. I'm terrible at all cookies! I know they won't look done when you pull them out so I always set the timer and tell myself to take them out done or not. Then they go flat and are still raw in the center. I started going by whether or not they were golden brown on the bottom, but even that seems to be too long in my oven. I'm starting to think I need a new stove/oven.
