How to make it

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together sugar, cocoa, and oil. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 6hrs or overnight.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • 3. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake approx. 10 min. or until "almost" no indention remains when touched. **Dough is a little sticky, refrigerate as needed between baking. Yield: Approx. 6 doz.
