Simple Cinnamon Banana Bread
this morning. I split the batter in half and put it in two small loaf pans so I can give one away and keep one for the two of us.

It's a really yummy loaf. I used one large banana and one small one but to be honest, it tastes more like a Spice Loaf than a Banana one. Lots of flavour.

I was running low on sugar so was pleased that this recipe called for brown sugar as I did have that. I didn't have any whole wheat flour so simply used 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose. I used the full 2 tbsp. of cinnamon in additon to the nutmeg and cloves but I did not swirl more cinnamon on the top before baking.

This is a really nice loaf and I'll totally make it again.

Nice picture Janet! What's not to love about banana bread, they are so good! I see this one doesn't use a whole lot of banana which too is nice, like you noted, like a spice bread made moist from banana.
