Citrus Shrimp Sizzle

I almost went for a butter filled shrimp recipe, but changed my mind and went for something lighter and crisp :) I added the zest with about a minute left of cooking, because I wanted it to cook a bit. Didn't have the cilantro (why?) so I used parsley instead, which was nice and good to let all you cilantro haters out there know that parsley is a good sub :P Served with a rice pilaf!

I love shrimp photos! This looks really good and super easy! Saved the recipe! Too bad you didn't have cilantro. I'll bet it would have paired very will with all of the citrus flavors.

Lol Bakerme, well now you know it works well with parsley!! :P

DIZ, I know, I didn't even realize I didn't have cilantro until last minute :( Otherwise I probably would have held off on making the recipe all together, oh well....

How long did you cook the shrimp? One to two minutes, by the directions, seem a little too short.

I did mean to mention something about that cook time being too short, but yes I cooked mine longer about 5 minutes total.
