Recipe made for IMI2's August 2019 'Seven Ingredients or less' recipe challenge.

My review: I made the CLASSIC vinaigrette. It's perfect. Simple yet incredibly bold and tasty.

Love a classic vinaigrette! I find that I use a grainy Dijon more and more these days, but I'll have to try the classic again and compare!
(I have the same brand of white wine vinegar, lol ;)

I like grainy mustards Shona but I've never seen grainy Dijon in any of our stores. Maybe Whole Foods might have one. I'll have to look. My favorite is vinaigrettes with mustard.

I have made this dressing 3 more times since posting it here. I do eat a lot of salads and like to have it on hand it's that good and goes well with everything!
