Cocktail Meatballs

    I made this last week and forgot to put here! These were exactly what I was looking for :) We were tired of the same old thing using ground beef, so this was a nice change. I double the recipe but I only had one can of tomato soup, so I subbed out a can of tomato sauce. Worked great! Oh also used a red pepper for the green pepper. Served over rice and it was inhaled :) Thanks Janet!!

    Nice photo Michelle! Glad you enjoyed the recipe. I actually made this for my son over in Taiwan last month. I couldn't find my tried and true Campbell's soup but he had a different brand and it did work pretty darn well. I have used this recipe a lot over the years and it's a great one to make up and bring to a potluck in a crockpot. I make them all up first and then just keep them warm in the crockpot.

    Thanks!! I remember you making this in Taiwan Janet, I think that's when I decided to short list it :D I will definitely have a slow cooker going with these in it next time we have company over!!
