Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg and salt. Shape into little meatballs, approximately the size of a quarter.
  • Place in a non-stick fry pan and cook until nicely browned, turning often. Spoon off fat.
  • Meanwhile, in saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
