A recipe from Chuckieb Cocktail Meatballs

I made this yesterday evening to go with some leftover Chicken Parmigiano I also had leftover spaghetti and thought this would go well..in other words, we didn't have nearly enough of the chicken parm for dinner! This is a delicious recipe, just a tad sweet & sour, packed full of flavor..I did sub grd chicken and some herbs, mainly basil, for the meatballs ...I was out of bell pepper (big surprise there). I do think the bell pepper would have made this even better so next time, I'll add it for sure! This would be a great crock pot recipe for game day! I'll try that next time and see how it works out:) Thanks to Janet for yet another fabulous recipe!

Your picture is lovely Marie! Tickled you liked the meatballs. The peppers really do add a lot so do add them next time. :) It does indeed heat up nicely in the crock pot and makes an easy dish to bring along to potlucks and such. Thanks for trying it out. :)

Frankieanne, I didn't really know if a cocktail meatball would go with spaghetti, but it did:) A different flavor as opposed to regular spaghetti & meatballs of course, but it was a big hit here! Really tasty! Like I told Janet in ODD, kindof like an appy dinner:) All kinds of good eats:) We also had a green salad to go with:)
