Crispy Baked Dijon Chicken
Another fantastic recipe from Don. I used Italian bread crumbs which I toasted in the oven as it heated up. The meat was tender and full of great flavour. The mustard did not over power the recipe.

Hi Brenda do you have a Metro or Food Basics near you? If so try their Irresistible Dijon or even honey mustard. I love this as compared to the yellow mustard which I just do not enjoy that much. Thanks about the pic.
