Dijon Pork Tenderloin With Rosemary And Thyme

Made pork tenderloin tonight for dinner using the linked recipe. My review: "Fantastic!! Love this recipe! Love what Dijon and 2 herbs with a little salt and pepper can do for a pork tenderloin. It's so easy too and "company worthy". I adore fresh rosemary and used probably about 1 chopped tablespoon worth. I know I'll make this often. Thanks Janet!!

Awwww! I'm so pleased you liked it Linda, and for sure, it is easy peasy. It's one of Jim's faves and I haven't made it in quite a while! Your picture is gorgeous and it looks absolutely perfect!

Beautiful photo, Linda, and the meat looks perfectly done! The recipe says to cook 45-60 minutes. How long did you cook it?

I cooked it in my large toaster oven thingy at 375(f) for 30 minutes. I can't remember the exact weight of my tenderloin but I would say it was between 1.2 - 1.3 pounds.

Thanks! I never replaced my old toaster oven when it broke, and now I have no space for a new one, but I sure do miss it for small things, especially during the hot summer months.

Mine is a must! I use it more than my oven and love it. There is no way I could use the oven here all the time with the heat and too cooking for just one or two. If I could only have one item on my counter my toaster oven would be it. LOL! 🤗
