Dijon Pork Tenderloin With Rosemary And Thyme

- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. rosemary shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. thyme shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl, combine mustard, rosemary, thyme and pepper and mix together. Spread over pork. Place in roasting pan. Roast in 350F oven for 45-60 min. or until no longer pink inside (or to your liking).
- To serve, cut in thin slices.
