    Dijon Pork Tenderloin With Rosemary And Thyme
    Recipe made for IMI2's April 2019 PPP challenge (pork, peas, or peppers).

    I've made this recipe before and it's fantastic. So fantastic that I wanted to make it again for April's challenge. How could I not? I always add potatoe and vegetables to roast along with the loin. It's such an easy and delicious 'one-pot' meal. Last night I used sweet potatoe and brussel sprouts.
