*Made for the April 2020 "pantry staples" Recipe Challenge*

I've actually already made these twice in a week :D I halved the recipe the first time and they were gone in 2 days lol. Made the full recipe yesterday and have half a pan left. These are more like a cross between fudge and a brownie I think? Either way, they are rich, chocolatey and loved by all of us :) Not very photogenic lol.

Points, for this particular recipe I would use half the amount of sugar substitute in the brownie batter. 1:1 ratio works if the amount of the flour is at least 2 times the amount of sugar. Here, the sugar equals the flour, so definitely use half the amount of sugar (1 cup instead of 2 cups). For the fudge topping, I would only use 25% of the fake sugar-- a 1/4 cup instead of 1 cup. And do not let it boil, just simmer/low boil for a minute before adding the chocolate chips.
