These may well be the best brownies I have ever made, and I've been in search of the perfect brownie for almost 50 years!! And so easy, too.
I've made them three times now -- the recipe both halves and doubles easily. The third time I made the frosting with black coffee instead of milk, and with milk chocolate instead of semisweet. My family went wild for them. SO good, thanks!

With this recipe, do I use self-rising or all-purpose flour?
