Easy Cheesy Spinach Triangles

  *Made for the March 2019 "Green" Recipe Challenge* (I know I'm late) :-P
  
  Meant to get this in here before March was over but forgot! Oh well lol. I LOVED these, they are such a fun little appetizer :) I did not cut these into 32 triangles, that seemed very small and like it would be difficult to work with, so I cut them into only 16 triangles. I thought they were the perfect size. You have to be careful when picking up the dough as to not stretch the triangles or they will not turn out pretty after rolling up. Oh forgot to say using a pizza cutter makes this job so much easier!

  I like Lori's tips under the ingredient list, I would never have thought to use Worcestershire sauce with spinach, I'll have to try it out! I usually like to add nutmeg with spinach but I like the idea of a rich umami flavor instead.

  Ahh..thanks Shona, going to add the pic. now :) Thanks everyone!! I too want to try the "kicked up version" options. I didn't have a ton of time, so I just made it as is. I did use real chopped bacon though and not bacon bits!
