This is absolutely delicious! Top notch recipe that is so easy to make with rapid-rise (instant) yeast. Your house will smell absolutely wonderful and your dog(s) will salivate in the kitchen waiting for it to come out of the oven, lol ;)
I baked mine on a 14x9" sheet pan that I covered in parchment paper and greased with olive oil. The pan may explain why I had a nice crispy crust on the bottom. It was nicely golden too, so not overdone at all. It reminded more of a ciabatta bread that way. :)
The dough is very sticky, so if your pan doesn't have high sides (to cover with a cloth so it doesn't touch the dough) than spray a piece of plastic wrap with baking spray and place that on top of the dough and cover with a tea towel to rise. Also, make sure to oil your wooden spoon end or fingers when making the indentations.
On the Fleischmann's website it said to use 3 cups of flour, so that's what I used and it seemed fine and it baked up perfectly in 30 minutes.
I served it with spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. But I can't wait to use the leftovers for a sandwich tomorrow!

That looks like perfect focaccia! Good tip on spraying some plastic wrap so it doesn't stick to your towel, I think I'll use that :)

Nice photo, Cosmicmom! And it sounds like the bread went together quickly. I bet it disappeared quickly, too!
