Egg White Omelette Italiano

    Made for May Challenge Picture - Less recipe
    May 05/2020.

    Breakfast this morning, I added bacon for protein.
    Quick and easy and I usually have the ingredients on hand.
    I did not add Parmesan cheese, I added lactose free Gouda cheese.
    I diced the zucchini rather then shred, I find it gives better flavour.
    Not sure what is Italian about this recipe, must be the Italian Parsley:)))
    As with any omelette you can add veggies.Which i did, i had some red and
    yellow bell pepper that needed using up.
    A very nice light breakfast.

    I love how colourful it is with the bell peppers. It looks like you got a perfect folded omelet! Whenever I try a folded omelet it usually falls apart, lol...;)

    I find lifting the edges so the egg runs underneath till it comes together then slip it on a plate, flip it over into the pan and finish cooking makes the omelette more stable.
    Hope this makes sense.
    I like the colour of bell peppers on any egg dish.
