*Made these for the 2017 IMI II Cookie Swap*

The best oatmeal cookies ever! For some reason I have never been able to get oatmeal cookies to bake up right, usually they spread too thin. I guess I was just picking the wrong recipes. These kept a nice round shape and stayed thick with a wonderful texture. Taste fantastic too! I did half the batch using the walnuts and raisins (golden) and the other half without. The recipe doesn't state how big to make them and I ended up with 56 cookies. Guess I made them too small? LOL! Any bigger and they would have been huge! Everyone loved them and this will now be my go-to oatmeal cookie recipe :) :)
