Ingredients
  • - 1 cup white sugar
  • - 1 cup brown sugar (now I use Splenda Brown Sugar)
  • - 1 cup butter
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 tsp vanilla
  • - 1 cup chocolate chips
  • - 3 cups quick oatmeal
  • - 2 cups flour
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp baking soda
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions
  1. 1. Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy on medium speed.
  2. 2. Beat in eggs and stir in rest of ingredients w/ large fork/spoon. Add vanilla.
  3. 3. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
