*Made for the April 2020 "Pantry Staples" Recipe Challenge*

Looking for a recipe to use up some beautiful strawberries and this was perfect! Like other reviewers said, the batter was a little thick, but I don't think it was shockingly thick lol. Made for a nice fluffy soft muffin, and the slight crunch of the cinnamon/sugar topping was a great finish. I bet these freeze good too!! I got 14 muffins out of this but I could have filled the batter to the top of the cups and gotten the dozen :)
