How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add egg, beat well.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add flour mixture and milk alternately to butter mixture.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Gently stir in strawberries.
  • Spoon batter into muffin pans.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle over batter.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

    Nice recipe. I noticed the batter to be a lot less runny than what I'm used to baking with. The thickness gives it a rich, fluffy, moist texture though. I had to lower the cooking time by about 5min or else they would've burned. Thanks for sharing.
