Grilled Flank Steak

    Very good salad you can add to. I did not use flank steak I used round steak. I pounded the steak to about 1/2 inch which made it tender. The recipe as is is quite good, I grated the garlic in and used white vinegar in place of balsamic. I find with this type of mixed greens balsamic is a tad heavy.

    The photo looks great! Good thing you tenderized the meat. Some round and flank steaks are tough. I do agree with you on the balsamic being strong. Good job!
