Very surprised on the flavor these pork chops got! I only marinated mine for about 2 hours too! I halved the marinade ingredients which I'm glad I did because you just don't need that much for only 4 chops. Maybe if you were going to boil it down and use it for dipping you would need that much but it's just a waste when your throwing it away.
I thought these would be too vinegar-y but they had a nice subtle tang. I do recommend adding a pinch of salt but otherwise, they were perfect!! Oh used rice wine vinegar in place of distilled. My first pic. on the recipe loaded sideways but got it fixed on the 2nd :)

Those look very yummy Michelle. I do like a soya sauce based marinade on pork. Using rice wine vinegar is a very good idea. (Also love your cute Avatar pic) :)

    That looks delicious Michelle!!
This is just like the garlic-ginger pork marinade I've used for years! (got it off AR almost 20 yrs ago!) But it doesn't use vinegar or white wine. It's soooo good when the pork is on the bone as the marinade seeps right next to the bone meat which is finger licking good!! I like to marinade it overnight or longer so it soaks up all the liquid, but I wouldn't do that with the vinegar in there. I wish we had grilling weather now so I could make this!! :D

    Thanks everyone!

The avatar pic. is from when Michael and I were in Round Rock on Wednesday Janet :). That restaurant we found was SO good!

Thank you DIZ, it was a nice little getaway :-)

Shona, I can't believe I've been using the same recipe sites for so long lol. I just realized I've been using AR for about 13 years now lol! It was right after we moved into our house and I finally got a useable kitchen :P. I think I started using GR not too long after that.

Great picture Michelle! Bet these would be good sliced thin and added to noodle or rice dishes.
