Grilled Potato Planks
Made for August’s 2018 Grilled recipe challenge.

Well I’m just loving my new camera. I need to work on presentation and still learning my way around my camera (I have a lot to learn) but this is my first food photo! The recipe was great and ideal as a side for any grilled entree.

Presentation depends on how excited I am with a recipe and how much time I want to put into the photo. lol! That looks like an easy way to grill potatoes. I like rosemary as long as it's not overpowering.

I got a Sony DSC-400V. It’s got so many features but the instruction manual is horrible which makes it a struggle learning. Sony has a help line and I’ve called it a few times. I love the Wi-Fi ability to download photos too. Presentation for me depends how hungry I am (LOL) but still I can do better if I would just think. And too I don’t have props to make a presentation all that.

Easy and tastey Janet which works for me.

I think it looks great! My presentation is always however my food lands on my plate :P I have a hungry family to feed and don't have time to fuss with it. Love the little sprigs of rosemary, yum!!

It's the only herb I can successfully grow Michelle. I am having luck with oregano this year and have started drying some.

You will get the camera figured out. Based on your first food photo, it looks like you have a good handle on it. Google can be helpful when it comes to questions and answers. Do you have a dollar store? I've found a lot of things there like tea towels, glasses, and other nick nacks to use in the background. Can't wait to see more of your photos!
