  My review: OMG! My mom use to make these for us when we were children and for some reason tonight they tasted even better! I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, and garlic powder ... Wonderful! The beef patties stay moist and the drippings that normally drip off stay in the packets adding flavor to the potatoes and carrots. I cut my veggies about 1/8" thick and my packets were cooked in about 15 minutes on the grill. Delicious and easy.

  That looks delicious, Linda! I don't have an outdoor grill, so would have to bake it or try it on my stovetop grill pan. I think mushrooms would be a great addition - yum!

  Look at your pretty waffle potatoes and carrots! :) That looks really good, Linda. Very easy to put together and toss on the grill. No messy grill to clean up afterwards.
