  Today is our anniversary and I wanted to make a special dinner for my DH. Roasted a filet mignon roast with a melody of roasted vegetables and because he is not a sweet eater but does favor a little something vanilla I made homemade vanilla pudding.
  I chose this recipe because it was easy to cut in half which was the ideal amount for the two of us. Classic and delicious recipe!!
