Honey Mustard Baked Chicken

    This was very good, and so easy! It was nice to be able to throw this together and have it ready in the time it took me to cook up some broccoli and mac & cheese (yes the box stuff haha). Oh and that reminds me, since I used boneless, skinless chicken, I only baked them for 30 minutes. Wish I would have made rice to soak up that extra sauce, but we just had rice a few nights ago. Can't wait to try this on thighs :) Yum!

    Great photo, Mommyluvs! This sounds like it couldn't be easier to make. Since you used the boneless, skinless breasts (I buy them from Schwans and they're on the small side) and only baked them for 30 mins., did you do the basting bit or just cover and let them bake?
