Incredible Greek Salad

  This was SOOO good!! Definitely did not make the full recipe, cut it WAY down, as this was just for me to eat on for a couple days. I mixed this all up and let it sit for a good hour, then spooned it over some grain free toast for lunch. I ended up sprinkling on some red pepper flakes, just because I wanted the heat :) Can't wait to eat it again for lunch tomorrow, I know it's going to be even more delicious!
