I've made this recipe so many times I lost count but it fits February's theme … so here it is again. Just made a batch today and had a delightfully delicious salad tonight using it.

I'm very excited to try this out. Do you make the whole amount Linda or halve it?

I make the whole amount, it makes about 1.5 cups?? I never measured but will next time. If you remember the bottle for the Good Seasons dry mix it fills that.

Thank you girls. Usually the salads you get at the Japanese Hibachi places DIZ is made with iceberg lettuce, some carrot and cucumber slices, maybe something else for a little color but not always. It a great dressing though and I adore it.
