  This is a great recipe. I did not have tomato sauce so sub with a pasta sauce. I found that I need to add a pinch of sugar and added some mushroom but those are the only minor changes. Family loved the soup

  Looks like a good soup! I actually used pasta sauce in place of tomato sauce in chili once and it turned out being one of the best chili's I've ever made. Mushrooms sound like a great addition also :)
