  My daughter and I made these for a bake sale 2 weekends ago and they are fantastic! They bake up nice and soft, but slightly chewy and they all come out perfectly round and cute :) I guess my only complaint would be that I upped the lemon juice and zest by double and you could still barely taste the lemon flavor. I think using lemon extract like Sadiesmom did would really boost the flavor. Very excited though to have found another delicious cookie recipe though, thank you Otterpond!!!
