  Recipe made for IMI2's May 2019 'Tropical' recipe challenge.
  
  My review: Tropically Delicious!! and I love that it has all good ingredients. Use full fat coconut milk from the can for rich creaminess. I can absolutely see how you have to be careful with this one because it goes down very easy. I doubled the pineapple.
  1/2 the recipe was plenty enough for one.
  (Converted measurements are: 1/2 cup (4 oz) of coconut milk, 1/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana, 2 cups ice, 1/2 cup (4 oz) spiced rum)

  Thank you. It's not that sweet which is why I liked it. No sugar punch because it uses all real ingredients and the rum wasn't overpowering in taste but it sure did pack a punch. This would be great with coconut flavored rum too which isn't as strong.
