A COCKTAIL DRINK FROM HONDURAS..... IT IS SO YUMMY BUT BE CAREFUL AS IT WILL FLOOR YOU AFTER THE 2ND ONE.... :)

PLACE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLITZ UNTIL SMOOTH
POUR MIXTURE INTO TALL COCKTAIL GLASSES AND SERVE GARNISHED WITH A PINEAPPLE WEDGE
ENJOY :)

Tropically Delicious!! and I love that it has all good ingredients. Use full fat coconut milk from the can for rich creaminess. I can absolutely see how you have to be careful with this one because it goes down very easy. I doubled the pineapple.
1/2 the recipe was plenty enough for one.
(Converted measurements are: 1/2 cup (4 oz) of coconut milk, 1/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana, 2 cups ice, 1/2 cup (4 oz) spiced rum)
