    Make Hash From Leftover Corned Beef
    Recipe made for IMI2's May 2020 "Picture-less" recipe challenge.

    My review: OMG!! Delicious! I've never had corned beef hash nor have I ever made it. Only a few years ago did I find a corned beef recipe I like thus now liking corned beef. Love this recipe because it uses leftovers and making it from corned beef you've made yourself and like it's a winner.

    I don't think I've made it before, but have had it at a breakfast diner. I'd be lucky if I ever had leftover corned beef! It always gets devoured when I make it. I need to make it myself one day so I can get a large portion of beef rather than buy the little pre-marinated bag of corned beef. :)

    I'm fortunate my husband doesn't care for corned beef … there's then plenty for me when I buy one. They shrink down so much when you cook them and IMO are then 1 serving, LOL!! I've never ventured to marinate my own brisket either.
