Make It Yourself -- condensed Cream of Soups

    Made this recipe for IMI2's tribute to Keni cooking month. OMG!! FANTASTIC!
    Make It Yourself Condensed Cream Of Soups

    My review: "OMG!! Not only is this so easy to make it is FANTASTIC! and I love that you can season it to fit your needs. I made basic cream of chicken and seasoned it to taste with dash or two of poultry seasoning, seasoned salt, and chicken 'Better Than Bouillon'. It's incredible! I'm looking forward to using it in a day or two for a chicken and rice crock pot recipe."

I use condensed soups a fair amount in recipes but I was always worried the home made version wouldn't have as much flavour as the Campbell's brand.
