    Marinade For Beef

    Hi I actually did this recipe on Monday. This recipe made the boneless beef shank tender and it was full of great flavours. I had cut the meat into bite size pieces and allowed it to marinate for several hours. Now I tried to bring up to room temp but only got a small amount of liquid. As I fried up the meat the liquid realized and I drained again. then I added the leftover veggies and made this mixture into a stew. LOL not much left over and DH has said that he enjoyed what I done and would like it again.

    I can't always get fresh limes so I sometimes use lemon or just a splash of cider vinegar. I will have to try it on steak next time! :)
