    May 18/17 I actually did this for dinner Monday night. I used a boneless beef shank that I had cut up into bite size pieces. I allowed the mixture to marinate for about 10 hours. I fried up the meat and as the liquid loosed up I drained. Then made a stew by adding leftover veggies that was in the fridge. The meat was tender and the whole dish was full of great flavours. DH mentioned as soon as he finished he enjoyed it and would want the recipe again.
