Wonderful marinade for skirt steak or flank steak

Ingredients
  • 1/2c olive oil
  • 1/8c soy sauce
  • 1/4c lime juice
  • 2 shallots,minced
  • 1tsp frsh ginger ,minced
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 Tbs. Sriracha hot chili sauce

Directions
  1. Combine all in a small bowl,pour over the meat. Refrigerate at least 20 mins to a few hours
